Extra-Large Twist (Cigar) Pen Hardware

With this well-made hardware, you can create an attractive, durable pen. High-quality platings yield a crisply detailed, uniform surface and a precise fit between parts, combining ease of assembly with trouble-free function.

Sable accent bands, prominent flat clip, and a hexagonal finial give this double-twist pen a stylish, robust look. Almost twice the diameter of a standard slim pen, the 9/16" barrel is easy to grip for those with large hands or limited strength.

The two-toned kits feature tips, clips and finials in a smoky titanium finish, with contrasting bands of platinum or gold-titanium. The gold finish includes small amounts of cobalt and palladium for abrasion resistance. Black ink included. Refills are standard Parker style.

Requires a 10mm drill bit. The minimum blank size is 3/4" × 4 1/2". Drill bit, blanks, bushings and mandrels sold separately. Because mishaps can occur during turning or assembly, we also offer brass replacement tubes.

We also offer a starter set that consists of two pen kits in a gold finish, bushings and the required drill bit.
